The Bali Tourist Levy is a mandatory payment of IDR 150,000 per person for international tourists visiting Bali. It funds the protection of Balinese culture and the natural environment. The levy is paid once per trip, and proof of payment is a Levy Voucher with a QR code sent by email.
We are a private company, not a government agency. We submit the levy payment on your behalf for a service fee. You can also pay the levy yourself on the official Love Bali website.
The official levy is IDR 150,000 per person. Our price includes the levy and our service fee, and it is shown before you pay.
The authorities strongly encourage travelers to pay online before departing for Bali, to make arrival easier. The levy is paid once per trip, before leaving Indonesia.
The Levy Voucher with a QR code is sent to the email address you provide, so make sure it is valid and active.
The official rules state that a levy payment that has been received cannot be refunded.
The levy applies to every international tourist who travels to Bali for tourism. According to the official rules, the following travelers are exempt:
Holders of golden visas and other non-tourism visas must request the exemption in the Love Bali system at least 5 days before arrival in Bali. A levy payment does not replace a visa: check the entry requirements for your passport separately.
