Indonesia e-Visa information
Indonesian online visa comes in the form of an e-Visa or an e-VOA depending on the applicant's nationality. The Indonesian Government introduced the electronic system to facilitate the process of obtaining visas and eliminating the need to visit a diplomatic mission in person.
The Indonesian electronic visa can be used for tourism, business, and transit purposes.
A holder of the Indonesian e-VOA may stay for up to 30 days in the country with the possibility of extending the stay by another 30 days. It must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
To receive the electronic permit, you just need to fill out a short online form and submit the application within minutes. The approved e-VOA will then be delivered directly to your email address provided in the application form.
Upon arrival in Indonesia, your e-VOA will be stamped in your passport.
Please remember to submit your visa application at least 3 business days in advance of your intended trip.
